We also like their 24-hour emergency helpline. One of their clients told us about a 2 am police station call where the solicitor showed up within 40 minutes, calm and ready to challenge every question.
The main downside? Sometimes, the paperwork can drag. One man mentioned waiting three days for bail documents to come through, which left him in limbo longer than he’d hoped.

That said, because they’re often tied up with lengthy, high-profile cases, it can take longer to get updates on less urgent files. One woman with a motoring offence felt a bit sidelined while the firm focused on other major trials.
