Friendly and efficient in the process
“Thank you Dan & Sam (hope I remembered names right!) for helping us out with a very last minute order and for being so friendly and efficient in the process. Katherine’s Florists is a great option for gift and flower delivery in Newcastle. They’re a top spot for birthdays, anniversaries, or sympathy arrangements.
One of their biggest strengths is their flexible and efficient delivery service. Same-day gift delivery in Newcastle is possible, and the customers receive the items fresh and in great condition.
Another thing that got our attention was their international flower delivery service. If you have a special someone overseas, it’s a big plus that they ship to over 140 countries.
When it comes to range, customers are spoiled for choice. Arrangements can be done for birthday bouquets, wine gift bundles, or romantic flowers.
Customer service also ticked our boxes. The staff was helpful when recommending options within our budget. One customer was even given a dog bowl with water for his pet.
Just one thing to take note of is that there’s a surcharge for some North East deliveries. Budget accordingly when sending a gift to that area.
Nice and friendly
“I have used Katherine’s Florists several time over the years, mostly recently to deliver birthday flowers to my mother and buy a romantic gift for my girlfriend. Because my mother lives close by there was no extra charge for delivery which I appreciated. The flowers I got were very pretty and seem to be lasting awhile. The lady at the shop (I presume Katherine) was also very nice and friendly, which I really appreciate as someone who isn’t great with people skills. She also had two dog bowls outside, one with treats and one with water, for my dog Molly to enjoy – which is always nice.”

Courteous and professional
“I recently ordered floral lettering for a funeral. Katherine’s called me to confirm my order, and also advised me of the best delivery day to balance the flowers freshness and suitability for my requirements. The customer service was very courteous and professional and my order was delivered promptly. The arrangement is absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a more fitting tribute to my beloved Grandad Geoff. Thank you to all involved.”
