Stayed in Craigmaddie Glamping pods last week while visiting family. We are a family of 5. The pods were clean, small but perfectly formed, and had everything we needed, including milk and tea bags. Brian and Anne were very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Would definately come back again.

The pods were so cozy and had everything you could want

This was such a magical stay!! The pods were so cozy and had everything you could want. The hot tub was perfect for sunset and the cows came over to the fence to say hi while we were outside!! Wish we could’ve spent longer – truly one of the highlights of our 2 week trip! Sally was so accommodating and communicative. 10/10 recommend staying here!

The pod was absolutely beautiful

We had an amazing overnighter at Finn Village in the Sunset Glamping Pod. The pod was absolutely beautiful and on arrival Kate was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was fab. We opted for the package to have the hot tub heated before arriving and was so glad we did as we could get in the tub as soon as we arrived. Everything was decorated to such a high standard and felt very well taken care of. We really hope to return soon.

Fantastic stay in the glamping pod. The hosts were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. The pod is full equipped and had everything you need. Hot tub was lush as was the fire pit. We ordered breakfast for the first morning, and it was lovely, well worth it.

The shop on site was great, cash is preferred but you can bank transfer too.

I would definitely recommend!

Contact: 01236 735464

Hours: Monday – Sunday: 9 am – 5 pm. Check-in is from 2 pm to 4.45 pm (Mon to Sat) and Sundays from 2 pm to 3.45 pm. Check-out is at 10 am.

At Eden Leisure Village, families and groups of friends can choose from a delightful collection of quirky accommodations ranging from traditional cabins to Hobbit Huts!

You get full access to a communal kitchen equipped with large fridges, microwaves, and gas cookers for easy family meal preparation.

If you want to have cooking space on your own, you can also reserve a private indoor barbecue hut for a fun three-hour dining experience with friends.

I also like their complete wellness hub, where guests can easily book relaxing treatments at an on-site salon and day spa.

If you’re wondering where this is, it’s in Cumbernauld, ensuring a straightforward journey for travelers heading out from the center of Glasgow.

On the downside, the local wireless internet coverage is quite limited across certain zones, and heavy rain can occasionally cause surface water on paths.

Pros

  • Quirky cinema screen pods
  • On-site spa treatment salon
  • Rentable indoor barbecue huts
  • Large communal kitchen facilities

Cons

  • Limited wireless internet coverage
  • Surface water on paths after heavy rain
  • Glamping and touring zones separated

Has its own private outdoor kitchen and wood fired hot tub

We recently stayed in the new Vessel Pod we have stayed at Eden previously celebrating my 40th birthday. It was time for our 24th wedding anniversary. The Pod has its own private outdoor kitchen and wood fired hot tub. The pod has panoramic views of open countryside and totally private. The finish was as good as any 5 star hotel. Also the extra touch of a projector and screen was truly magical. Cannot wait to return if looking for a romantic get away this is the place to go.

A wonderful experience

Staying at the Vessel Pod was a wonderful experience. The views were stunning and every little detail was thought about. The cinema experience in the bed and the hot tub ensured an incredibly relaxing evening. The outdoor kitchen was also fantastic. A great experience and couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thanks to Des and Janet for being great hosts!
