What’s great is that the interiors are fully operational and guest-ready upon completion.
Communication with clients also earned our favour. They keep clients updated at every stage and respond quickly to questions or changes.
In line with this, the team follows a structured and hands-on approach throughout the project. It’s a major plus that they cover white-glove installation, contractor coordination, and final inspections.
If there’s one downside, it’s that booking with them can be difficult due to demand. There were also isolated reports of poor communication, though these are very rare.
