The 5 clinics with the best dermaplaning in London so you can say goodbye to peach fuzz

Hygiene & Safety: We chose spots that follow strict hygiene practices, such as using brand-new disposable blades for every client, sterilising all tools, and maintaining a spotless treatment area.

Consultation: We looked for clinics that start with a thorough consultation. We picked those who take the time to examine your skin type, ask about any sensitivities, and explain what dermaplaning involves.

Results & Aftercare: We focused on places that deliver visible improvements while providing clear aftercare instructions.

Value of Service: We considered whether the cost matches the quality of the treatment, the expertise of the therapist, the products used, and the overall experience.

I’ve had friends complain that their peach fuzz seems determined to stick around just to ruin their perfectly clean canvas for makeup.

Honestly, I never thought much of it—until one of them tried dermaplaning. The glow… I kid you not, her skin actually seemed brighter and smoother.

Naturally, my curiosity got the better of me. So I rallied my team to hunt down the best dermaplaning spots in London.

Here are the places I’d happily recommend to friends (or anyone else who wants that smooth skin).

How much does dermaplaning cost in London?

Dermaplaning in London typically costs around £90–£150 per session. Depending on the clinic, you might find lower-cost options or packages that include other treatments.

When my team and I were going through Regent Park Aesthetics’ dermaplaning options, it was clear they’ve leaned into variety as their strength.

They’ve got a basic option, then a deluxe one with a ZO peel. Their  “Ultimate Glow” pairs dermaplaning with microneedling for those who want to walk out feeling like they’ve unlocked a new skin tier.

Honestly, we think that the tiered structure works. It helps different types of clients slot themselves into the right category.

Clients seem to genuinely enjoy the treatments too. Multiple reviews highlight how painless and relaxing dermaplaning is here.

One person even mentioned their first appointment with Aubrey and how friendly and professional she was.

But because we’re a team that likes to poke at both sides, a pattern emerged: follow-up logistics aren’t their strongest suit.

One client had a smooth consultation and great care overall, but struggled to secure a follow-up appointment.

Pros

  • Great range of dermaplaning packages
  • Relaxing and painless treatment
  • Strong practitioner rapport
  • Clear structure
  • Add-on value

Cons

  • Follow-up scheduling can be difficult

2. Ria London

Business hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Sunday: 11 AM – 5 PM

Ria London is very upfront about everything—pricing, procedure steps, how long the treatment would take, and even the results you can realistically expect afterwards.

The customer feedback backs it up. Several people mentioned walking out with noticeably brighter, glowing skin.

It also helps that the session is only around 30 minutes, and most clients report no pain and only mild temporary redness.

Where Ria London becomes particularly appealing is in the flexibility of their dermaplaning options.

You can go basic or you can go bougie. They’ve got combos with LED, microneedling, and Uber Pro peels. They also offer single, 3, 6, and 8 sessions.

If you want to commit to routine skin maintenance, those packages are basically your savings plan in disguise. And right now, the 50% promo makes it almost too tempting not to book.

However, some customers have called them out for being disorganised with booking across platforms like Treatwell, ClassPass, and phone reservations.

Pros

  • Full transparency
  • Strong dermaplaning outcomes
  • Quick and comfortable session
  • Highly flexible treatment options
  • Package deals that actually save money
  • Current 50% off promo

Cons

  • Disorganised booking system

UBD Skin Clinic comes across as one of those places where, once you’re in, you’re really in. Based on the feedback we’ve heard, their knowledge seems to be their core strength.

Clients talk about Monique, the practitioner. She adapts the dermaplaning treatment to suit what your skin needs on that day, not just what’s written on the menu.

One person even said the Ultimate Dermaplaning Facial was more than expected because Monique tailored every part of it using high-end products.

People also loved how comfortable Monique makes them feel because she constantly explains what she’s doing.

But here’s the catch: you won’t know what your dermaplaning options are unless you book that consultation.

The other clinics we’ve researched already list dermaplaning types and pricing online. Here, they keep their treatment variations (and prices) under wraps.

However, once you’re in their care, they seem to take the “commitment” seriously.

The personalised treatment plans and the hand-holding throughout the process would really make you feel cared for.

Pros

  • Highly knowledgeable practitioner
  • Personalised treatments
  • Great communication
  • Use of high-quality products
  • Strong after-commitment

Cons

  • Lack of transparency upfront

4. Apogii Clinic

apogii-clinic

Address: 105 Westbourne Grove

Phone: +44 20 7229 8580
Business hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Sunday: 11 AM – 5 PM

Website

Apogii Clinic’s dermaplaning offering is designed for people who want the full glow-up ritual rather than a quick in-and-out tidy.

To be fair, the experience sounds lush: double cleansing, a massage, extractions, then the blade work. They also finish it all off with a mask, serum, SPF, and even LED light.

What really stood out from the feedback we’ve heard is the instant gratification. People kept mentioning zero downtime and how their skin immediately looked brighter, smoother, and more radiant.

The hydra-planing combo also got a fair bit of love. It’s essentially dermaplaning plus a Hydrafacial.

Customers seem to rave about how the two together make their skin look extra clean and hydrated.

Now, about the price. £135 for a 60-minute dermaplaning session is… ambitious. If you’re planning to make dermaplaning a regular thing, the membership discount brings it down to £94.50. This softens the blow, but it’s still on the pricier side.

The membership does make sense for loyalists, though. If Apogii becomes your skin home, the savings stack up quickly.

Pros

  • Luxurious procedure
  • Multi-step treatment
  • Reports of amazing instant results
  • Great hydra-planing option
  • Membership makes regular visits affordable

Cons

  • Higher pricing

5. Elyse Beauty & Laser Clinic

elyse-beauty-laser-clinic

Address: Unit 4, Thurston Point, Thurston Rd

Phone: +44 20 8318 5492
Business hours:

  • Monday: 11 AM – 8 PM
  • Tuesday to Saturday: 10 AM – 8 PM
  • Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM

Website

The first thing that stood out about Elyse Beauty & Laser Clinic’s dermaplaning treatment is the length. They do it for 60 minutes.

Most places we’ve looked into barely stretch past 30–40 minutes, so this immediately told us they’re not the type to rush you in and out.

Clients confirm this. Many of them mentioned how thorough the practitioners are.

A few even mentioned that their skin not only felt smoother but seemed to drink up skincare better afterwards, with results lasting around four weeks.

On the flip side, that level of attention comes at a cost. £120 per session definitely puts Elyse on the pricier side of the dermaplaning market. And unlike some clinics that soften the blow with packages or bundles, Elyse doesn’t.

Instead, they rely on tailoring each treatment to your skin’s specific needs. It explains why they avoid one-size-fits-all deals.

And since every practitioner here is a licensed medical aesthetician, they’re great at recommending what to do next—be it facials, peels, or other add-ons.

Pros

  • Thorough treatment
  • Long-lasting results
  • Enhanced skincare absorption
  • Professional staff
  • Tailored treatments
  • Expert guidance

Cons

  • Higher price point
  • No packages or discounts
