We also found the online client dashboard really helpful. It allows clients to view and track their project’s progress and access 3D renderings.
Their final shopping list also comes with trade discounts. Clients said this made it easier to source finished furniture while keeping costs under control.
One client even shared that they saved hundreds of pounds through Topology’s trade discount. From what we’ve heard, the products were of high quality too.
We just wish they’d respond to emails a lot faster. This would make the exchanges between clients and interior designers a lot smoother. It can also help avoid delays.

We love that she pays close attention to texture and layering, so the designs we’ve seen don’t really look safe and generic.
One great example is her contemporary minimal project in Primrose Hill. She used a monolithic, polished plaster fireplace with contrasting textured stone to create an international, visually striking look.
We also love that she has extensive contacts for sourcing materials and supplies. This ensures top-quality finishes and trusted suppliers, with no delays or compromises.
Another thing worth mentioning is that LLI Design offers a free initial consultation. You can take advantage of it if you’re still exploring ideas and want to see if they’re a good fit before committing financially.
Apart from that, communication with clients is excellent. Clients noted regular interactions and follow-ups to keep them updated throughout the project.
However, this level of expertise and service comes with a price. LLI Design’s rates are higher than many competitors, but the clients we talked sto aid the final outcome is well worth the investment.
