A few months ago, I found myself in exactly that spot. Desperate for anything that wasn’t another cup of coffee, I finally decided to try something a bit different: Reiki. My consensus? It’s a must-try at least once in your life. Better if you’re stressed.
Due to my newfound discovery, my team wasn’t immune to my Reiki experience. And so I managed to let them try a few sessions, as well. Hopefully, we could also sign you up too!

The Chill Room gives exactly what its name promises. Those who are in the midst of general life chaos would find their vast range of holistic therapies helpful.
They offer rose quartz facial, seichem, but most people come here for their Reiki. Kate usually leads the sessions here, and we immediately noticed how she makes people feel comfortable.
From what we’ve heard, she’s great at delivering immediate relief. Clients raved about how she helps them handle incredibly stressful periods in their lives. People could literally feel their tension or sadness being lifted away during their very first session.
But it doesn’t just show in the mental sphere. People felt the healing physically as well, with massive improvements in their mobility and pain management.
Just remember that they have a strict boundary when it comes to time. You have to pay a cancellation fee if you ghost them or cancel within 48 hours.

When we walked into R&R Therapy, the vibe immediately shifted from chaotic outside world to absolute zen. Rachel has this incredibly calming presence, which helps nervous clients.
She doesn’t just jump right into the treatment either. She actually takes the time to sit down, get to know you, and figure out what you want to achieve from the session.
We also loved that she offers versatility in her Reiki healing, offering options like traditional Reiki and aromatherapy Reiki.

Everyone appreciates that she delivers high-quality Reiki without making bank accounts weep. At thirty-five pounds, it’s an absolute steal compared to the usual market prices we stumble across during our research,
She also has this brilliant combination where you can get a mini facial paired with fifteen minutes of Reiki. It’s like a happy hour for your soul and skin!
Analysing what makes her so strong, it all boils down to her raw connection with people. Her clients raved about how deeply empathetic and intuitive she is.

After checking out Calm AF Sound Healing, we were immediately put at peace. A huge help is the giant, cosy room where you don’t have any choice but to relax.
Sue is the energy healer here. She’s a powerhouse offering yoga, soundbaths, retreats, and Reiki healing sessions.
We dove deep into what makes Sue so special by looking at how she interacts with her clients. Her strongest trait? Her intuition. She has this uncanny ability to make people feel completely seen and supported.

Reiki is a general practice, but practitioners can be creative in how to incorporate their own styles. After digging into Avery’s Angels, we found out that Ali really delivers something unique.
She’s the only practitioner we stumbled across in Newcastle offering Reiki drumming. It’s a great choice for those who want to be healed by the drums’ sound vibrations while Reiki does its magic.
We also noticed a major trend in her track record for getting undeniable results for people carrying around a massive buildup of anger. Clients said that after a session with her, they’d feel the anger evaporating.
Some clients also visit her to manage endometriosis and other chronic health issues.
Keep in mind that she offers a massive buffet of different holistic services. While that’s awesome, this also means she’s juggling a ton of treatments. The biggest downside is that she can be difficult to book.
