From what we’ve gathered, she’s someone who notices if you’re struggling with a pose or dealing with an injury and adjusts accordingly. Even people who aren’t naturally flexible say they feel welcomed and supported.

We also liked how Stacey managed to make the sessions physically challenging without leaving anyone behind. 

She blends in yoga philosophy, giving the classes a deeper feel that goes beyond just stretching and poses.

The studio is roomy. Yet, despite the space, the vibe is intimate. It’s probably because there aren’t a dozen classes happening at the same time.

Another perk is the option to join via Zoom, which is handy for anyone who can’t make it in person every week.
