What we love is that they apply two coatings of salt neutraliser to all the basement walls. They do this together with all waterproofing systems.
Moreover, it’s reassuring that they have public liability and employers’ liability insurance worth £5 million. You never know when unpleasant incidents will happen.
However, what drove us to include them on this list is their impressive track record. There’s a project where they fixed a historic building’s basement while strictly following all council regulations.
