I went on to try Bonus Cleaning and was pleased with how quick and easy the booking process was. A short call got everything arranged.
The range of services felt very complete. They offer deep cleaning and specialised offerings like antiviral sanitisation.
I liked how the team arrived fully equipped with safe, non-toxic products. I have pets, so it’s reassuring that they don’t use harsh chemicals.
The cleaning results genuinely impressed me. Surfaces didn’t have a single layer of dust – even appliances looked new, and you can easily mistake them for a mirror.
Skirting boards and carpets smell fresh. They maintained a just-cleaned feel.
The staff also made a big difference in the experience. They were polite and careful, making me feel that the home was respected during the service.
My only issue was with a follow-up on a specific cleaning concern. They can be difficult to reach for a post-cleaning update.

One thing I loved about Broom and Bucket is the quality of their service. I did some observations and saw how detailed and methodical they were.
I also appreciate their efficient team setup. They worked in groups, with specific areas assigned to each. This made them work faster, finishing the house in just about 3 hours.
The results were great. The floors were freshly mopped and left with a nice, fresh smell. Even small areas like switches and blinds were clean to the touch.
I tried their rotation deep cleaning, too. They go further by hand-wiping baseboards and doorframes. They even deal with scrubbing grout and cleaning the insides of appliances.
Though I’ve yet to try the rest of the offerings, I’m happy to know that they also offer end-of-tenancy cleaning, post-event cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
While my experience was great, a few customers said that they can occasionally be inconsistent. Fortunately, these reports were few.

BMB really got my attention with their thoroughness in the first consultation. They took the time to understand my needs, so they could tailor a cleaning plan for my lifestyle.
The range of services is as versatile as it can get. They have deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and deep cleaning.
There are also specialised services for kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and gardens. In short, households can simply commit to one provider for all their needs.
As for the cleaning, they’re meticulous and efficient. The carpets were soft to the touch. Kitchens and bathrooms smelled fresh. Even hard-to-reach areas were attended to.
My flat was pretty small, so it took only 3 hours for them to complete. I asked some customers who live in larger flats, and they said the average is about 5 hours.
One minor drawback is that their pricing isn’t always that predictable. The total can occasionally be higher than expected, which may surprise clients.

I was already familiar with Oliver’s, as I would often contact them for office cleaning in Liverpool. And I’m happy to note that their house cleaning is just as good as their office cleaning services.
The team arrived early. I loved how easy it was to approach the cleaners, too, who were not only polite but also friendly.
On the more professional end, they’re prompt and flexible with communication. I actually had to reschedule the first time, and all the adjustments were handled smoothly.
Just as flexible are their cleaning solutions. They offer weekly, monthly, and one-off cleaning. So, whether it’s long-term or short-term needs, they can accommodate that.
The quality of cleanliness is nothing I’ve ever seen before, but still highly commendable. Everything was just spotless. High-traffic areas even looked like no one had even been there yet.
Unfortunately, some clients pointed out that the service needs more improvement. These lapses are rare, and it’s mostly a positive experience for locals.

ScouseCleanQueen may now just be one of my go-tos for a wide range of services. Apart from domestic cleaners in Liverpool, they also have staff for offices, student accommodations, and Airbnb properties.
Apart from the range, the thoroughness also stood out. Deep cleans tackled everything from skirting boards to wall fans. Cupboards, appliances, and carpets were all cleaned well.
The moment I re-entered my flat, it almost looked tactile in cleanliness. Some parts of my kitchen had a nice gleaming surface, too.
The booking process was a no-brainer. I booked on a Monday, and a full team was deployed the next day. The entire cleaning process took 3 hours with 2 cleaners/
The rates are good. Compared to most Liverpool providers, their fees are competitive. Larger projects were also quoted after site visits, which I found practical.
I only heard about some complaints with areas not being cleaned after a deep clean. Inconsistencies will pop up here and there, but this one is pretty rare for this provider.
