Helped us enormously training my boxer puppy
I came across Roy, dog behaviour trainer/instructer (Learn Doglish), totally by chance when I was at hydrotherapy with my older boxer. Obviously it was my lucky day ! Roy helped us enormously training my boxer puppy. Still work in progress and going really well thanks to his expertise….

Tailor the training to our specific needs
We’ve been so pleased with the progress our dog has made through 1:1 sessions. The training provided us with clear, practical strategies that we can continue using every day, and it has made a real difference to our confidence as owners as well as our dog’s behaviour.
In-person training is invaluable, it simply can’t be matched by online sessions. Being able to observe our dog’s behaviour first-hand, and tailor the training to our specific needs made it incredibly effective. We’re very grateful for Roy’s support and would highly recommend Learn Doglish.

Finding someone who genuinely understands deep-rooted behavioral issues brings massive relief to stressed pet parents. That’s where Kyra comes in.
She holds a Master’s in Clinical Animal Behaviour and is incredibly qualified to tackle severe fears and aggressive resource guarding.
She kicks off consultations with an in-depth home assessment, creating a comfortable space for your dog to relax.
After her evaluation, she creates a detailed modification report and shares it directly with your vet. This ensures everyone stays on the exact same page regarding your dog’s health.
I know a friend who used her tailored puppy program, and they loved practicing the practical home exercises provided after every single session. Her positive-reinforcement approach simply works wonders for anxious rescue dogs adjusting to urban living.
Just note that her general obedience classes only cater to puppies under one year old.
An excellent dog trainer!
Kyra is an excellent dog trainer! She really cares about the wellbeing of the dog and owner. She designed a plan for my puppy adapted to my situation. I could see the improvement in the behaviour of my little dog after I follow every advice she gave me.Thank you very much Kyra you are amazing!

Comprehensive service
Kyra provided a really comprehensive service, including a written report, and we noticed a change in our dogs behaviour very quickly after using her advice. We have a nervous dog that gets overexcited so the focus of the training was to help calm him and to stop jumping on visitors. We’d work with Kyra again and would recommend her.

Years of hands-on practice give an instructor a massive edge when handling stubborn pets. Kevin McNicholas and Shirley Paine bring over 35 years of practical experience to their positive-reinforcement programs.
They deliberately keep their puppy classes extremely small, limiting groups to just six dogs so everyone gets plenty of personalized attention.
You can book intensive home visits across a wide London service area. These home visits directly address household-specific problems like destructive chewing or poor lead walking.
Their courses perfectly prepare dogs for official Kennel Club Good Citizen tests.
And if you want support before your new furry friend even arrives, they provide excellent online pre-puppy guidance.
Just know that getting hold of them by phone can be tricky occasionally, as they don’t always answer immediately during busy training hours.
The training environment was calm and the techniques used were kind
I’ve just attended a puppy training course with Kevin and Kelly. It was actually owner training – which is, of course, exactly what was really needed! It was a great course – well organised, with straightforward practical training ideas that work. It helped me become a better dog owner and as a result, I have a happy well behaved puppy. Many thanks!

The trainers really know their stuff
Best puppy training in London. This is a very family focused dog training class. Great methods and loads of good advice and tips. The trainers really know their stuff and have many years of practical experience .It is great to see how our puppy improved week by week and calmed down around other dogs and puppies. Indoors most of the time which is much better than trying to learn dog training in a wet cold muddy field.

Starting education early prevents bad habits from forming, making life much easier for busy professionals. That’s why Robin James accepts puppies from just eight weeks of age.
He focuses entirely on early socialization and strict obedience using a unique, intuitive technique relying heavily on sign language and sound to communicate clearly with your pet.
Private sessions usually kick off in your living room before naturally progressing to busy public spaces like Hyde Park.
If you need a more immersive fix, they run an intensive residential Puppy Boot Camp as well. During this boot camp, your dog stays on-site for continuous, focused development.
And I love that he also offers a free initial consultation to discuss your specific goals before you commit.
But note that you won’t find conventional group socialization classes here, as they focus primarily on private setups for very young pups.
An absolute master dog trainer
Robin is an absolute master dog trainer. Our puppy of 3 months went for a 10-day bootcamp and returned to us happier, more confident – he was toilet trained, lead trained, socialised and obedient; but his same cuddly self.
Would highly recommend Robin to anyone.

Handling severe aggression or separation anxiety takes a gentle and highly practical approach.
Antonella Marsicano of Animal Wellbeing Centre operates as a certified Clinical Animal Behaviorist. She brings serious accreditations from several highly respected pet behavior councils.
She even completed an advanced master course specifically targeting aggressive canine behaviors.
Her center provides everything from standard puppy classes to highly complex behavior modification programs. She focuses heavily on building clear communication and deep trust, totally avoiding harsh disciplinary tactics.
You can start your journey with a complimentary 20-minute phone call to see if her holistic methods align with your needs.
But if you just want a quick, basic obedience refresher for a well-adjusted dog, her comprehensive style might feel a bit overwhelming. These complex behavior programs also require a much more serious time commitment.
Transformed from a completely out of control little beast to a well-behaved pup
We took our Staffy puppy to the group classes. Antonella & Simon were great and the classes taught us so much about how to train a dog. Marge (pictured behaving herself on the bus) has transformed from a completely out of control little beast to a well-behaved pup. Antonella was also extremely helpful in teaching us how to manage the puppy around our cat.
I can’t imagine now not taking a puppy to proper training sessions and overall definitely recommend the Animal Wellbeing Centre.

Best possible outcome for their little dogs
We took our 11 week old mini dachshund to weekly puppy classes which were fantastic. Antonella really knows how to safely socialise puppies and teach the foundations of training to ensure the happiest pups.
Our sausage dog loved coming to classes. All the staff are patient, kind and helpful and we will miss our sessions! Recommend for anyone who wants to invest in the best possible outcome for their little dogs 🙂
