The 5 Best Bathroom Fitters in London for Renovations That Make a Splash

  • Project Scope and Coordination: You don’t want to juggle three different tradesmen while your toilet sits in the hallway. We looked at how each team handles bathroom work, from planning and plumbing through to fitting and the final touches.
  • Property Type Flexibility: Period homes and tight flats throw up strange access challenges that ordinary builders struggle to handle. We checked which teams tackle tight layouts, access problems, and the planning headaches that come.
  • Specialised Installations: Families and investors sometimes need level-access setups rather than standard tubs. We compared standard refits with options like wet rooms and accessibility features where the company offers them.
  • Pricing Transparency: Hidden disposal fees and value-added tax (VAT) surprises can easily blow your renovation budget. We checked how each business handles quotations and looked for clear cost breakdowns, fixed estimates, and payment stages.

We tried to ignore a cracked shower tray for six months until the ceiling below it started turning yellow. Procrastination is expensive when water is involved.

If you want to skip the water damage, you need a team who manages the messy plumbing, tiling, and fitting in one go. That’s harder than it sounds in the capital, so we compared local providers, checked typical prices, and verified service terms.

Here are the best bathroom fitters in London, and what each crew handles best.

They value doing a great job and it comes across in their work

Couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to go with the team at Deluxcore to fit our bathroom. They handled all parts from design to fitting and also built a boiler cupboard from scratch for us.

Think it’s clear to see from their rating that they value doing a great job and it comes across in their work. Passionate about you being happy with the end product and while they will get the job done in a timely manner, they are more focused on the quality and not cutting corners. Thanks again and we would 100% use them again…

KBB Master offers flexible arrangements where you can book a complete design package or just hire them for installation if you already bought your fixtures. This flexibility is brilliant for hands-on property owners who like sourcing their own materials.

Their fitting scope covers tanking, electrical work, and underfloor heating. This team also gladly takes on partial remodels like swapping a bathtub for a shower.

During our free in-home consultation, they used illustrations and models so we could actually picture the finished room.

In fact, a homeowner we know used a similar visual approach and said it completely stopped them from making a costly tile mistake.

The trade-off here is their weekend availability. They only open for five hours on Saturdays and close completely on Sundays.

Their free home survey helps assess the work required. They also provide fixed written quotes for easier budget planning.

Cons

Getting proportions right matters, and they nailed it

They replaced our old shower enclosure and retiled the entire wet area with these large format tiles we’d picked out. The finish is really clean – grout lines are straight, everything sits flush, no rough edges anywhere. They also swapped the vanity unit and fitted a new mirror cabinet above it. It’s a small bathroom so getting proportions right matters, and they nailed it. A friend visiting from Wandsworth actually asked who did the work, so that says enough I think.

No more musty smell from under the sink

Had a slow leak behind the vanity that two other plumbers looked at and shrugged off. These guys actually pulled the unit, found the joint was never sealed right, and redid the whole plumbing behind it while they were in there. Bathroom feels solid again and no more musty smell from under the sink.
