The 5 best physiotherapy clinics in London that’ll have you saying bye to pain in no time
I spend a lot of time at my desk, whether I’m at work or in my leisure time. That’s probably why I get the worst cricks in my neck and back by the time I get up again (especially in cold weather!).
There are ways to alleviate it, sure, like improving your posture or sleeping better. But even finding out what good posture is can be difficult on your own, and it’s hard to break habits like that.
In these cases, heading to a physiotherapy clinic might be a good start. Physiotherapy clinics in London serve anyone from blokes with back aches like me and several of my friends to others with injuries that need physical rehab.
If you’re either of those and can’t stand the pain anymore, here are the clinics you might want to visit. These are the clinics that stood out among the rest after careful research by my team.
How much does it cost to go to a physiotherapy clinic in London?
The cost of getting treatments or therapy at a physiotherapy clinic in London can range anywhere from £30 to £150 per session, depending on the length of time booked and any equipment involved.

Beyond Health is a familiar name among folks looking into physiotherapy in London, and it’s not hard to see why. This clinic earned a reputation among folks seeking a physiotherapy clinic that can help with both pain and fitness.
The clinic’s offerings largely covered physiotherapy and clinical exercise, spanning treatments such as clinical strength conditioning and therapeutic massage. They even offered more technological treatments like shockwave therapy!
Among these services, the biomechanical screening caught ours and the regulars’ attention. Patients praised this testing method at the clinic, noting the accuracy of the report afterwards and helping them get a better bead on what’s causing their aches.
These reports go hand in hand with their personalised treatment plans, which patients were also happy to praise. These treatment plans would reportedly take into account everything from their day-to-day activity to their sleeping habits!
On the other hand, patients did mention that there can be a bit of a wait to even go to their appointment. A few patients reported having appointments getting delayed on short notice due to wonky scheduling at times.
Finally, we do have to note that the prices at Beyond Health could be higher than at other physiotherapy clinics. We’d recommend keeping a budget in mind and consulting with the staff on what treatment fits it, just in case.

“The treatment pathway was well structured and tailored to my goals, and I’m pleased to say I’ve made a full recovery and returned to exercise. Highly recommend Beyond Health for anyone looking for expert care and great results!”

Look, if you’ve ever looked into physiotherapy in London, there’s a chance you might have already heard about One Body LDN. Given the number of locations this clinic has all over the UK, there’s likely one just waiting around the corner for you!
Rising to prominence as an injury and physiotherapy clinic, it’s no surprise that their offerings reflected these. They had in-depth treatments and physiotherapy for specific aches, such as ACL reconstruction and herniated disc treatments.
We weren’t kidding when we said there’s probably a One Body just around the bend, by the way. This clinic’s location was very easy to locate and access, which we find very convenient. No one wants to drive around looking for a clinic while in pain, after all.
A factor praised by regulars we got to chat with was also their pricing. The clinic offered very reasonable prices for its services, all with full transparency as well. This definitely helps with budget planning before booking a treatment.
That being said, patients did let us know that these treatments could still get delayed based on paperwork. A few reported having trouble sorting out paperwork at the clinic, such as for insurance, which can be a hassle.
Lastly, we do recommend staying in close contact with the staff. A few patients reported having trouble confirming a concrete schedule for their appointments.

Contact Details: +44 20 7583 8288, [email protected]

Octopus Clinic is well-known among patients needing post-operative recovery. When we looked further, we quickly understood why many trust them.
Their treatments do not disappoint. The clinic offers more familiar physiotherapy techniques, such as massage and acupuncture, alongside more specialised treatments for sports-related injuries.
The first thing patients we spoke to praised was the diagnosis and assessments at the clinic. The team was reportedly very informative, guiding patients to understand the source of their pain and how to alleviate it.
This also extended to their aftercare, which patients also appreciated. Quite a few regulars let us know about the team’s willingness to regularly check in and follow up on their recovery, providing advice as needed.
That being said, patients did mention having to wait a long time to be seen at the clinic, even with an appointment.
At the same time, patients reported strict guidelines for scheduled sessions, making rescheduling to fit their own timeframes difficult. We’d definitely recommend bringing something to pass the time with if you go in for a treatment.
Helped me with activating my core

Looking for a physiotherapy clinic but not a fan of hands-on techniques? The Fit2Function Clinics is worth checking out. It is gaining popularity among locals in Oxford Circus for its specialist treatments.
The clinic was well-maintained and clean when we dropped by for a visit. Even their equipment was kept meticulously up to date and clean, which gave us an idea of why locals we spoke to praised their specialist treatments and procedures.
Their range of treatments covered everything from hands-on massages to vibration therapy and even cupping therapy. What caught our eye was their laser therapy treatments, since we don’t often see them in physiotherapy clinics.
Patients we spoke with in the waiting rooms also praised the team’s treatment plans, which is a relief. These treatment plans were reportedly quite tailored to the patient while also being well-structured and easy to follow as a routine.
That being said, a few patients did let us know that there were cases in which their assigned physiotherapist could be changed on short notice. That can be pretty disorienting for patients who already prefer a certain therapist.
Finally, we also noted that the cost per session at the clinic could be quite high.
George completely sorted me out

– Ms. Mckenzi Sager, Google Review
